(2008)   In an oceanside enclave of magnificent early 20th century stone and slate summer houses, this new home was thoughtfully designed and built to the same high standards of quality and craftsmanship as its neighborhood.  The Asian, Shaker and arts and crafts style influences represent both the unique voice of the client as well as the eclectic architectural heritage of Cape Ann and coastal New England.

The master bathroom of the C&M custom home Folly Cove appears here in the 2015 kitchen and bath issue of New Old House magazine.  The room is characterized by a unique blend of Craftsman and Asian design influences, which recur throughout the house, and by the mahogany cabinetry, classic wainscoting and a wooden bath tub handcrafted by a specialty shop in Maine.
