(2013)  The C&M renovation of this classic 18th century American colonial farmhouse was two-fold, both addressing structural concerns from the worn out portions of the house as well as re-shaping the spaces to better suit the client’s modern lifestyle.  An elegant but accessible new entrance and mudroom addition, custom kitchen as well as renovations of both guest and master bathrooms all became part of the transformation. The finished project has resulted in features from both Design New England and House Beautiful magazines.
