As a Gloucester native, David Brooks has spent the last 12 years working on Cape Ann in residential and commercial construction, operations, and development. Prior to joining C&M, David was a leading member of the start-up team for Great March Brewing Company, acting as construction liaison during the build-out phase while establishing operations, systems, and vendor relationships. Through his own company, he worked as a Project Manager and Estimator and provided property management and maintenance services. In addition, he has spent his free time over the last 10 years founding, building, and leading the non-profit community arts organization, Cape Ann Art Haven, Inc.
