David Lankshear joined Carpenter & MacNeille in 2026 as a Lead Carpenter, bringing more than 40 years of experience delivering high-quality, client-focused residential projects to C&M's Boston/MetroWest team. Throughout his career, he has been committed to craftsmanship, collaboration, and meeting clients' needs.Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, sailing, and other outdoor pursuits. He also values spending time with family, friends, and his dogs.
