Joel joined C&M's Property Services department in 2021 with nearly 20 years of professional construction and management experience. Joel hails from upstate NY and his love of building began at his grandparent's 18th-century Dutch home on the banks of the Hudson River. He has gained experience in historic preservation, traditional timber framing, fine finish carpentry, and millwork while working along the New England coast and Canada to hone his trade skills. When he is not working, Joel enjoys the many green spaces of Cape Ann and surrounding communities. He is an active member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church in Salem and a graduate of Gordon College with a B.A. in Philosophy.
