He graduated from Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire in 1991 with a BS in Business Administration. Shortly after he went back to school at the Boston Architectural College where he received a Bachelor of Architecture in 1999. Steve has spent the majority of his 30-year career in Architecture working on high-end custom homes including custom interior millwork and cabinetry. He is a licensed Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Steve enjoys boating, cooking, golfing, many genres of music, and has played the saxophone since the age of 9. Animals and children love him. He was a member of the US Olympic Sailing Team and won a gold medal at the 2004 Games in Athens. An avid mountain climber, he has summited all ten of the highest peaks in the world. Steve is currently building his dream home by himself on the small island of Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands using only driftwood and other salvaged items found on the beach. He plans to retire there and operate a non-profit organization to help underprivileged children excel in school and provide secure homes for abandoned pets. In his spare time, he is building a 1/16” scale model of the Palace of Versailles that is expected to be installed in the Musée du Louvre in 2024.
