Steve Sheppard, CSL, MA

Carpenter - Boston/MetroWest

Born and raised in Southbury, Connecticut, Steve Sheppard's love for working with his hands was developed while growing up around his family’s glass shop in Bridgeport, CT. Steve moved to Massachusetts in 2008 as a student at Endicott College and has called MA home ever since. With passions for both exercise medicine and carpentry, Steve worked as a carpenter for Endicott’s physical plant while earning his degree in physical education. After 6 years in the sports performance industry, Steve wanted to get back into residential construction. Becoming a C&M apprentice carpenter in 2018, Steve jumped into his career with both feet. He earned his Construction Supervisor License in 2019, and currently works as a carpenter for our Metro West team. He believes the exceptional craftsmanship and quality character that each of our team members possess offer C&M clients an unusually beautiful product and a positive building experience. Steve lives in Chelmsford with his wife, Lindsey, and their two children. They enjoy the constant renovations of their home and playing with their extended families. Steve’s next goal is to learn furniture-making.
