Tim Curtis, AIA

Senior Architect & Head of Design Technology - Essex

Tim Curtis has nearly 20 years of experience working on custom residential and light commercial projects throughout the Northeast. His interest in Architecture began as a child living all over the United States and taking note of different building styles and construction techniques. While attending the University of Colorado, he worked summers on a framing crew to experience the hands-on side of construction. Tim graduated with a Masters degree from the Boston Architectural College in 2009. He joined C&M in 2013 and was immediately involved in a large, complex, and historic home project in Manchester, MA. Since joining C&M, he has brought the design process to new levels through Building Information Modeling and was instrumental in starting up the C&M Building Science Team. His eagerness to learn, collaborate with all team members, and engage client requests with enthusiasm have been valuable assets to the firm. Tim views as the ultimate reward exceeding client expectations at the completion of a project. He lives in Danvers with his wife, young son and dog and enjoys camping, hiking, biking, and working on house projects.
