This reimagined 1960’s style structure-turned-bungalow has views of Castle Hill, Cape Ann, Halibut Point, and the ocean, all of it surrounded by beautiful Wingaersheek Beach. C&M designed and built new decks, renovated the kitchen, and bath and was responsible for the home’s interior finishes. The cottage was reimagined in a contemporary, minimalist style to respond to the owner’s desire for a simple comfortable vacation house.
