Marblehead Neck
The initial focus of the project was to replace the aging 1960’s kitchen in this eclectic 19th-century oceanfront home, but it grew to include a substantial addition, a new three-car garage, the renovation and restoration of the majority of the house, and significant site work including a new terrace, stone steps and retaining walls, a new driveway, and a pergola connecting the garage to the house. The architecture and interior design of the house now represent a thoughtful extension of the original 1870’s design and the successful integration of its later additions.
