Although almost entirely new construction, this custom shingle-style home was designed to look as though it had evolved from the original 1873 stick-style cottage found on the site. However, with an open floor plan and powered by geothermal technology, this aesthetically traditional home exemplifies sustainable living and contemporary design preferences. Designed by Senior Architect, Michael T. Gray, this project received the ICAA Bulfinch award for “Residential New Construction” in 2018.
