In addition to the construction quality, which was top-notch, we were particularly impressed with C&M’s project management skills. Planning, logistics, budgeting, etc. were all clear, transparent, and accurate.

C&M’s strong local presence in the North Shore area was a significant draw. Their understanding of the local context, landscape, and heritage meant that they brought a level of insight and sensitivity to the project that would be hard to find elsewhere.

C&M’s local expertise was crucial, as it was important that the home is connected to its surroundings and respected the area's natural beauty and architectural history.
