Prior to joining the firm, she served as Managing Director at JW Elite Services, where she developed a strong reputation for building lasting client relationships, streamlining operations, and leading teams with care and purpose.

In her role at Carpenter & MacNeille, Melissa helps oversee Property Services operations, bringing an organized, thoughtful, and client-focused approach to both day-to-day service and long-term relationships. She values collaboration, clear communication, and delivering the exceptional level of service our clients have come to expect. Melissa is an avid fitness enthusiast, who enjoys spending her free time outdoors, hiking and taking advantage of the sunshine whenever possible. She lives in Lexington with her family and Chesapeake Bay Retriever
